APRIL 5 EXHIBITION AND SPECIAL EVENT AT MIA O DESIGNS

I currently have an exhibition of new and recent watercolours and linocut prints on display and for sale at the pop-up shop Mia O Designs, Shop 14, Level 1, The Italian Forum Leichhardt. My artwork, along with a range of contemporary jewellery by local jewellery designers, will be in the shop till the final trading day on Sunday, April 13. Below is a photo of the shop and a few of my images on display.

To celebrate the shop’s success, this Saturday, April 5, from 3-5pm there will be special Farwell & Thank You event for family, friends and supporters of the shop so please come along to support local artists and designers.

And it’s not long now till Mother’s Day so maybe you might find that very special original gift for Mum too!

ABOUT ME
I am a Sydney-based visual artist, art tutor and illustrator specialising in hand-created techniques. I have a passion for watercolours but my work covers a wide variety of styles, subjects and media including: pen & ink; colour and graphite pencil; mixed media; photography and printmaking. The watercolour and drawing classes/workshops I hold are suitable for all ages and levels of experience and I’m able to teach in any style ranging from detailed botanical illustration through to more impressionistic, looser styles and abstract – and for all subjects – my aim is to show that watercolours can be easy.
