Thanks to everyone who came along to my botanical painting demonstration of some NSW Christmas Bush at Eden Gardens last Sunday afternoon on what turned out to be a very hot day in Sydney so not ideal conditions for watercolour painting! But it all went well and I sold 6 more paintings on the day including the watercolour lotus painting below. Here are a couple of photos of me at work and with some happy customers.

ABOUT ME
I am a Sydney-based visual artist, art tutor and illustrator specialising in hand-created techniques. I have a passion for watercolours but my work covers a wide variety of styles, subjects and media including: pen & ink; colour and graphite pencil; mixed media; photography and printmaking. The watercolour and drawing classes/workshops I hold are suitable for all ages and levels of experience and I’m able to teach in any style ranging from detailed botanical illustration through to more impressionistic, looser styles and abstract – and for all subjects – my aim is to show that watercolours can be easy.
