After a successful period of having my artwork exhibited at the Mia O Designs pop-up shop, I now have some of my work on display and for sale at another pop-up shop, Flying Fox, also located in the Italian Forum, Shop 9, 23 Norton Street Leichhardt.

Flying Fox is run by Laura Cole who designs an original line of young children’s clothing and gifts and as well as my artwork the shop also sells work by other artisans and designers including jewellery, leatherware, furniture/homeware items and handcrafted soaps and candles.

With Laura’s children’s clothes and Amanda’s children’s photographs it’s the perfect combination for a special Mother’s Day High Tea (see details below) they are putting on this Saturday, May 10 from 11-1pm, along with Paris Floyd next door in Shop 10. Thanks to everyone who came along to the Farewell/Thank You event at Mia O Designs last Saturday afternoon, April 5. Sadly this Sunday, April 13 will be the shop’s final trading day but it is open tomorrow, Friday 11, Saturday 12 and Sunday April 13 so there is still time to drop in to see my exhibition and the jewellery designers’ work on display.
