Thanks to everyone who came along to the Grand Opening of the ’31 Days: Lifeworld’ exhibition and the new gallery space for Gallery Red in Leichhardt last Friday night, September 5. Big crowd and all the hard work from Gallery Red staff during last week really paid off, a great success all round.

The exhibition will run till September 30 and the gallery hours are Monday 10am-5pm and Saturday 10am-4pm. It’s a wonderful collection of really interesting and diverse work so try to get along if you can before the exhibition closes and support local artists.

Tuesday, September 3, was Deliver Day for all my framed artwork to Gallery Red at their brand new premises at 3/333 Parramatta Road, Leichhardt (underneath the Mission Australia building on the corner of Parramatta Road and Hay Street, entry via Hay Street). The new place looks great, heaps of space and from the glimpses of other delivered artists’ work I could see around the floor ready for installing, it looks like the 2014 ’31 DAYS: LIFEWORLD’ Exhibition is going to be a really memorable one.

The exhibition will run from September 5-30 and the gallery hours are Monday to Friday 10am-5pm and Saturday 10am-4pm.

Look forward to seeing you all there tomorrow night, Friday September 5, from 6-8pm for the Grand Opening of the exhibition and the new gallery space in Leichhardt!
